(1)
The Minister may
(a)
with the approval of the Governor in Council, enter into an agreement with one or more provincial governments with respect to the administration of this Act; and
(b)
subject to such terms and conditions as the Governor in Council may specify in the approval, agree to amendments to the agreement.
(2)
The Minister shall make the agreement public.

(1)
Le ministre peut, avec l’agrément du gouverneur en conseil, conclure avec un ou plusieurs gouvernements provinciaux des accords relatifs à l’exécution de la présente loi et, sous réserve des conditions stipulées dans l’agrément, consentir à des modifications des accords.
